For room requests, please send an email to Statistics and Data Sciences staff at stat.admin@austin.utexas.edu with the following information:
- Purpose (office hours, exam review, seminar, conference, dissertation defense, etc.)
- Course name, if relevant
- Date(s) and time(s)
- Room requirements and preferences (room size, suggested location and/or building, etc.)
Please note: SDS staff will do their best to meet your needs, however, all requests are subject to room availability. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to find a space that meets your exact preferences on specific dates/times.
SDS staff will contact you when the request has been processed. Please allow 48 hours to process any room requests.
If the room request is urgent, please send the email and contact SDS staff directly to rush the request.
